Grand Rapids Commerce Center

The Ashley Capital Grand Rapids Commerce Center property was formerly home to a large Steelcase office and manufacturing campus covering approximately 200 acres of industrial property on the southeast side of Grand Rapids. In 2005, Steelcase announced that it would be selling the campus, which contained 18 industrial or commercial buildings comprising 4.3 million square feet.
